• Termination by Quantis Edge: We may terminate services if you breach these terms or the service agreement, or if continuation becomes impractical or unlawful.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, we will deliver completed work as of the termination date. Outstanding fees remain payable. Provisions regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.
• Suspension: We may suspend service delivery if payment becomes overdue or if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these terms, pending resolution of the issue.
